Where a P4 executes within a defined framework, this role shapes the framework itself, and is expected to proactively identify and build monetization programs that don&#39;t yet exist.</span></p><h3></h3><h2><span>What you&#39;ll work on</span></h2><ul><li><p><span>Define Circle&#39;s monetization strategy and pricing philosophy for the full digital assets product suite, including USDC, USYC, RWAs, credit, and FX</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify white-space monetization opportunities by understanding market structure, competitive positioning, and how institutional liquidity flows across products</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own product pricing strategy and serve as the internal authority on digital asset economics, advising Product, BD, Finance, and ELT</span></p></li><li><p><span>Architect distribution-incentive frameworks at the pillar level; ensure they are coherent, scalable, and financially sound</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and maintain financial models that capture the full economic picture of the digital asset portfolio, including reserve income dynamics, fee revenue, and incentive spend</span></p></li><li><p><span>Represent Circle&#39;s monetization perspective in external conversations with institutional partners, exchanges, market makers, and distribution counterparties</span></p></li><li><p><span>Secure ELT alignment on material pricing and incen
