This is a hybrid HR and office management role that keeps our team running, our culture humming, and our NYC office firing on all cylinders. You’ll split your time roughly 50% HR / 50% office operations and executive support, partnering closely with our founders to build the systems and rituals that scale a high-performing team.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is an in-person role for someone who thrives on ownership, moves fast, and notices the small things before anyone else does.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Location: </strong>New York City, in-office 5 days a week</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Hours: </strong>Monday–Thursday 9am-7pm | Friday 9am-5pm</p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><h3><strong>People &amp; HR (50%)</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Write and maintain the company handbook, covering policies, culture, and people practices</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support onboarding so new hires ramp quickly and feel set up for success from day one</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions, concerns, and career development</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Roll out and manage our performance review system, ensuring manager compliance and timely cycles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive employee retention: execute on culture initiatives and keep company morale high</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own end-to-end planning of our annual company retreat</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Office &amp; Executive Support (50%)</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p
