As a company operating in the rapidly evolving stablecoin and digital asset space, we move quickly while maintaining high standards of compliance, precision, and trust. The People Operations Manager will ensure our HR infrastructure is robust, efficient, and compliant across all regions in which we operate.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role sits at the intersection of HR, legal, compliance, recruiting, payroll, and finance—requiring someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a dynamic, regulated environment.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and optimize our HRIS, ATS, and people operations tools; drive automation and workflow improvements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain accurate employee data, organizational charts, and reporting lines across all systems</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead data integrity, auditing, and compliance efforts across HR platforms.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">People Processes & Compliance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop, document, and maintain HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs across global jurisdictions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure compliance with employment laws, financial regulatory requirements, and crypto-industry standards</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with Legal and Compliance to support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes</p></li><
