We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets.</p><h2></h2><h1>Role Roadmap</h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-first HR Specialist to make sure our team's experience is sharp, high-standard, and enjoyable. You'll own onboarding, compliance, benefits, payroll, and the day-to-day HR administration that lets us scale efficiently and in an organized manner.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">In this role, you'll be streamlining and improving HR processes to build the backbone of People Ops at one of the fastest growing financial startups in the country. You'll be a critical part of a small, high-ownership team, which means your work will be visible, your impact will be real, and there's a lot of green field to make your own.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What You'll Do</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Compliance & Contracts</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Draft, review, and coordinate hiring contracts and offers to ensure accuracy and compliance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure all hiring, recordkeeping, and employee practices meet federal, state, and regulatory requirements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain clean HR documentation and stay ahead of labor law updates</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support immigration, background checks, and other compliance workflows</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Onboarding Excellence</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Make sure new hires have everything they need on day one: contracts, systems, equipment, and a clear path to ramping up</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with managers to create structured onboarding plans that set people up for success</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><
