You will report to the Head of People Operations.</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>The role in a nutshell:</strong></h3> <p>We are looking for an experienced and professional Payroll Manager who will be responsible for the full payroll cycle, payroll procedures and payments for all regional entities at Luno. You will be part of an amazing People Operations team.</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>Your mission will be:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Take full responsibility and partner with the Finance team to distribute salary payments for employees in all regions in accordance with the payroll calendar.</li> <li>Keeping 3rd Party Payroll Providers accountable for Regional Payroll updates and accurate payroll cycles according to agreed service levels.</li> <li>Annual review of Third Party Service Level Agreements</li> <li>Ensure all Statutory Bodies are compliant, ie, SARS, COIDA, HMRC, LHDM, PIT,  etc. </li> <li>Ensure that Payroll Policies and Standard Operating Procedures are regularly reviewed and updated with real time changes.</li> <li>Ensure our in-house payroll procedures and outputs are ‘audit ready’ as well as updated, maintained and followed. </li> <li&gt
