You will be working closely with internal leaders and external partners, requiring exceptional communication skills, executive presence and the ability to confidently manage multiple projects.<br /><br />You must have knowledge of event production best practices, thrive on working on complex projects, strong cross-team collaboration abilities, and have the flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of executive, partner and ecosystem events, including project plans, promotion, vendor management, budget management, and post-event reporting.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive cross-functional alignment, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader to senior internal stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define event goals, audience strategy, messaging and KPIs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure every experience reflects the highest standards of creativity, professionalism and brand integrity.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">8+ years of experience in event planning and production</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Except
