<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">The a16z Executive Talent team operates in an innovative and progressive way and is built on our core values of Integrity, Network, and Innovation. The Go-to-Market Talent Partner will assess, build, and manage a network of sales, marketing, BD and customer success leaders for the benefit of our key stakeholders, including portfolio companies.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">The preferred location for this role is Menlo Park, CA. We will consider candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. The role may require in-office presence as needed for team meetings and portfolio company meetings (approximately bi-weekly).&nbsp;</span></p>
