<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>As a Paralegal in the Legal Department, you’ll serve as a key operational partner to Kalshi’s legal and compliance teams. You will support the drafting and filing of CFTC materials, manage documentation and internal processes, and help organize the execution of critical legal and compliance projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating complex regulatory structures.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Regulatory and Legal Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Draft, edit, and coordinate first drafts of <strong>CFTC filings</strong> for Kalshi’s DCM and DCO entities, including rule submissions, notifications, and periodic reports.<br><br></li>
<li>Maintain <strong>calendars and project trackers</strong> for CFTC filings and responses.<br><br></li>
<li>Manage legal administrative functions such as maintaining the <strong>Rulebook</strong>, tracking amendments, and ensuring version control.<br><br></li>
<li>Research and summarize relevant <strong>CFTC rules, no-action letters, and guidance</strong> applicable to Kalshi’s operations.</li>
