The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal principles applicable to blockchains and decentralized finance, as well as the ability to support the legal team in various aspects of regulatory compliance, contracts, and research.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with legal team members to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to the company' operations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the legal team in negotiating and finalizing contracts with external parties, ensuring compliance and accuracy.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct research and stay updated on regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with internal teams, providing legal guidance and support in day-to-day operations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct and manage Know Your Customer (“KYC”) processes, with strong preference for a candidate with experience using Synaps or similar platforms.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Who you are:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor's degree.
