You will focus on making a complex, highly variable process feel simple and intuitive for investors, across multiple fund structures, funding methods, and issuer requirements.</p> <p>One of the key focuses of this role is integrating blockchain wallet experiences seamlessly into familiar fintech onboarding flows, allowing investors to interact with tokenized securities without needing deep crypto expertise.</p> <p>This is a hands‑on role: you are expected to “get your hands dirty” with the actual onboarding flows, integrations, and edge cases in the US and non-US market(s).</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own the investor onboarding journey from account creation through successful investment across diverse opportunities and fund structures.</li> <li>Deeply understand current onboarding pain points and redesign flows to maximize clarity, conversion, and investor trust.</li> <li>Define and prioritize product requirements for:</li> <ul> <li>Funding flows (bank transfer, USD, USDC, and other methods)</li> <li>Document execution (e.g., DocuSign or issuer‑specific flows)</li> <li>Cool‑down / allocation pe
