As the first point of contact for our office, you will play an important role in shaping the experience for employees, clients, candidates, and visitors interacting with Blockstream and our group.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Beyond administration and coordination, this is a highly people-facing role where strong customer service, organisation and communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential.<br /></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, office administration, or similar people-facing roles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deliver a high-quality office and customer experience as the face of the Lugano office</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support daily office operations and administrative processes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Handle expense reporting and invoicing activities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support office management and office move activities<br />Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence<br />Collaborate across teams and support various internal projects<br /></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What We Look For in You (Required Qualifications):</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, office administration, or similar people-facing roles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with office management procedures.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Highschool diploma or equivalent</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to work in
