We develop industry-leading Bitcoin self-custody solutions, Bitcoin-based financial products, second-layer scaling technologies, and enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure. We are now looking for an Office & Workplace Experience Specialist to join our growing team in Lugano. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented environment. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play an important role in shaping the experience for employees, clients, candidates, and visitors interacting with Blockstream and our group. Beyond administration and coordination, this is a highly people-facing role where strong customer service, organisation and communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential. What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities): Experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, office administration, or similar people-facing roles Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner Deliver a high-quality office and customer experience as the face of the Lugano office Support daily office operations and administrative processes Handle expense reporting and invoicing activities Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events Support office management and office move activities Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Collaborate across teams and support various internal projects What We Look For in You (Required Qualifications): Experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, office administration, or similar people-facing roles Familiarity with office management procedures. Highschool diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A genuine customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills Excellent English and Italian communication skills German and/or French is highly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace Positive, professional, and service-minded attitude Curiosity for technology and AI-driven ways of working This position is in an office setting and requires regular interaction with staff, clients, and visitors.
