evolving cryptocurrency landscape.</p></div><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Direct and manage overall office operations and administrative duties to maintain a well organized, efficient, and smooth work environment on a daily basis.</li> <li>Manage and oversee the procurement and management of office supplies and equipment, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors.</li> <li>Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls</li> <li>Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail</li> <li>Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately</li> <li>Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure</li> <li>Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, as well as coordinate logistics for company meetings and events.</li> <li>Manage office budget</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related activities and inquiries.</li> <li>Collaborate with the company secretary to ensure the effective management of committees, board meetings, preparation of board packs, and recording of minutes.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office and educate employees on emergency procedures.</li> <li>Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and organize training sessions to equip staff with necessary skills and knowledge.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems</li> </ul> <p><strong>You have</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.</li> <li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Passionate about providing a superlative expe
