This role will partner closely with our customer operations, facilities, and people operations teams and own the day-to-day administration of our fast-paced office. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, the ability to adapt quickly to change, and a passion for detail and organization!</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Greet all visitors and maintain a professional look for our Charlotte office, including upkeep of conference rooms and meeting preparation</li> <li>Maintain the inventory of office supplies, including stocking our kitchen and reordering groceries</li> <li>Support our operations team and serve as the local liaison to building management for maintenance concerns</li> <li>Assist in organizing and planning office and team events&nbsp;</li> <li>Support our Customer Operations team by performing notarizations as needed&nbsp;</li> <li>Receive mail and deliveries, scan and upload important documents, and send mail to other offices in a timely manner</li> <li>Coordinate, schedule interviews, and source prospective candidates across multiple Figure locations</li> <li>Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding</li
