<p style="min-height:1.5em">The Product Control function is central to the firm’s financial integrity, providing independent validation and analysis of trading P&amp;L and risk. This role is perfect for a sharp, proactive individual with a foundational knowledge of Product Control who is eager to deepen their expertise in financial instruments within the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency market. You will be an essential link between the Trading team and Management, ensuring accurate reporting and robust financial controls.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Daily compilation, substantiation, and reporting of Profit and Loss (P&amp;L) and balance sheet movements across various cryptocurrency and digital asset products.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Execute daily trade and position reconciliations across internal systems and exchange platforms to identify and resolve discrepancies (breaks) quickly and independently.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide insightful analysis of P&amp;L drivers, risk exposures, and market trends to key stakeholders, including Management and the Trading team. This includes explaining significant variances and product performance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a robust and credible partner to the Front Office, Market Risk, and Operations teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and execute opportunities for improving efficiency and controls within the Middle Office workflow, including delivering tactical solutions with minimal senior involvement.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to the control design and operational readiness for new financial instruments and trading strategies launched by the trading team.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">4-6 years of relevant experience in a Middle Office, Product Control, or Financial Control function, ideally within a bank or FinTech firm.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Product Control functions knowledge, including their purpose and the value they provide to internal stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Must possess a keen interest in understanding deeper into financial instruments/products, especially in the digital asset or traditional fixed income/FX space.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Good Excel and VBA skills are essential for reporting and automation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience or interest in using Python, R, or other programming skills for data analysis, building tools, or automating reports is a significant advantage.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What’s in for you:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-he
