We’re looking for a <strong>Front-end/UX engineer</strong> to join our founding team and help architect and deliver the end-to-end user experience for our customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and engineering, has a deep appreciation for product polish, and wants to shape how the next generation of AI-first tools serve biopharma teams. Beyond development, you will be collaborating closely with co-founders Yiwen and Aris on all facets of the startup as we grow Solstice in the coming years. </p><h2><strong>What you’ll be working on:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Designing and building beautiful, performant, and responsive UIs</strong> using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Creating real-time, interactive product experiences</strong> that integrate AI insights, user annotations, and collaborative workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Working closely with backend and AI engineers</strong> to ensure seamless data flow and frontend/backend integration.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Design, ship, and own</strong> production-level software from start to finish.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Some ideal traits we’re looking for</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Engineering chops.</strong> Relevant experience building systems &amp; deploying enterprise-grade products<
