We’re looking for someone who has the fire to prove others wrong.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are in search of an Applied AI engineer who has the drive required to be a part of a founding team looking to tackle a difficult but meaningful problem. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI systems—from experimentation to production deployment and ongoing optimization.Beyond development, you will be collaborating closely with co-founders Yiwen and Aris on all facets of the startup as we grow Solstice in the coming years. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you’ll be working on:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Leverage prompt-engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, model experimentation, and benchmarking to optimize performance of Solstice’s platform on real biopharma marketing data.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Wrangle proprietary commercial &amp; marketing brand data into complex LLM pipelines to produce high-quality, compliant life sciences marketing content.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Implement ML Ops best practices, including CI/CD pipelines for ML, model versioning, automated testing, and monitoring.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Developing LLM eval infrastructure to store, analyze and iterate on LLM outputs and the feedback we receive from clients</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Scope, architect, and build SOTA agents and pipelines while supporting customers directly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Flex across the full stack (frontend, backend, infra) to build whatever is necessary to support our customers.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Some
