What we need is someone who can hold the whole picture in their head and make sure every piece actually ships, on time and to standard. Right now execution depends too much on individuals remembering what's due. We want a system, and a person who owns it.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a marketing operations role that also guides the marketing function. You are the person who builds the campaign calendar, runs the board, and keeps the whole team moving in step. You are also a marketer in your own right, someone who knows how to plan a campaign, run it, and read the data afterwards. Half of the job is not letting a single ball drop.
