We are looking for people with the fire to prove others wrong 🚀</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for someone to be the <strong>strategic partner and executional driver</strong> for life sciences organizations, ranging from large biopharma with multiple brands to emerging biotechs launching their first therapies. You will own brand relationships end to end, guiding how our clients develop and execute on their strategy to promote their products.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role blends <strong>client engagement</strong>, <strong>commercial strategy</strong>, and <strong>hands-on execution,</strong> with influence over our product roadmap. You will work directly with in-house pharmaceutical commercial teams across brand, digital, omnichannel, and regulatory, alongside their creative and media agency partners.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strategy and execution are the same job here. The people who do this well are the ones whose recommendations are sharper because they have been close enough to the work to know what is possible. Ownership scales quickly for people who show they can carry it.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Beyond client work, you will help build the Commercial function itself alongside our founding team, because the person closest to the client is the person who knows what we should build next.
