Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>About the Role</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Polymarket is looking for a Manager of Clearing and Treasury Operations to own clearing/treasury operations across our Control Desk, Clearinghouse, DCO, DCM, and ISV functions. Polymarket US is a CFTC-regulated Designated Contract Market and Derivatives Clearing Organization — and we are building the operational backbone from the ground up. This is not a maintenance role. You will help define what good looks like, build processes that don't yet exist, and operate in a regulated environment that moves faster than most.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The right person has spent real time in the operational trenches of financial markets — worked through breaks, failed settlements, liquidity crunches, and regulatory inquiries firsthand. You need to be senior enough to make sound decisions independently, hands-on enough to build SOPs yourself, and sharp enough to identify what's broken before it becomes a problem. This is a rare opportunity to get in early, build from the ground up, and leave a permanent mark on how a next-generation exchange operates.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What You'll Do</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Evaluate the existing DCO clearing/treasury environment and identify what needs to be built, improved, or replaced to support scale</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own clearing/treasury-related SOPs, runbooks, escalation paths, and internal documentation — if a process doesn't have a document, you write it; if it's outdated, you fix it</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner daily with Control Desk, Clearinghouse, DCM, DCO, Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Product, Engineering, the ISV team, and CX to keep clearing/treasury operations running and drive improvements across all touch points</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as the operational thought leader for client-facing process quality — translate user pain points into process improvements and SLA enhancements, and close the loop between what clients experience and how the back office operates</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support treasury management, cash movement, reconciliation, settlement, and liq
