This role will work cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product, and external counsel to prepare, submit, and manage regulatory applications across multiple jurisdictions.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with experience in financial services licensing, fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets who thrives in fast-paced, evolving regulatory environments.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What we're looking for</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5-10 years of experience in financial services licensing, regulatory compliance, fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with regulatory regimes such as money transmission, e-money, VASP/virtual asset licensing, or similar frameworks.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong project management and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent regulatory workstreams.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Nice to have, but not mandatory</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working at a fintech, crypto, stablecoin, payments, or banking institution.</p></li><li><p style=
