Since its inception in 2011, Blockchain has earned the trust of over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users, facilitating over $1 trillion in crypto transactions.</p></div><p>Blockchain.com is looking for a <strong>Lending & Savings Lead</strong> to own and scale two strategic products within the Consumer business: <strong>crypto savings</strong> and <strong>crypto-backed lending</strong>.</p> <p>This is a role with ownership of <strong>AUM, revenue, product strategy, go-to-market execution, and P&L performance</strong>. You will act as the business owner for these products, working closely with Product, Engineering, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance to launch new offerings, improve economics, and win market share.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of Consumer savings and lending products.</li> <li>Drive product-led growth in<strong> </strong>AUM, loan balances, revenue, margin, and P&L.</li> <li>Launch new products across key markets, customer segments, and crypto assets.</li> <li>Build business cases for new opportunities, including market size, customer demand, economics, and risk.</li> <li>Partner with Product and Engineering to define, prioritize, and ship customer-facing features.</li> <li>Work with Trading, Treasury, Risk, and Finance to optimize pricing, spreads, yield generation, collateral requirements, and risk-adjusted profitability.</li> <li>Lead go-to-market plans with Marketing, CRM, Growth, and Regional teams.</li> <li>Track competitors and market trends to identify opportunities to differentiate and win share.</li> <li>Establish a clear operating cadence around performance, experimentation, launches, and P&L management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL NEED</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in a GM, business lead, product, growth, strategy, fintech, trading, lending, savings, or crypto-related role</li> <li>Ideally with experience in Crypto-backed lending or crypto savings products for consumers.</li> <li>Proven ability to own or influence commercial outcomes such as AUM, revenue, balances, P&L, margin, loan origination, or trading volume.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and comfort with business modeling, pricing, funnels, unit economics, and profitability.</li> <li>Strong product judg
