This role requires strong recruiting judgment, disciplined process ownership, and comfort operating in complex approval environments.  The successful candidate must have hands-on experience building agentic AI bots or workflow agents, and must have used Skills with Claude Code and/or OpenAI Codex to improve recruiting, sourcing, process documentation, candidate evaluation, stakeholder communication, or TA operations.</span></p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll work on:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Own full-cycle recruiting for Finance roles, including intake, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, interview process management, offer strategy, and close.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve as the Talent Acquisition subject matter expert for Finance hiring, including approval paths, stakeholder preferences, leveling considerations, offer mechanics, internal candidate handling, geo/entity constraints, and hiring process risk.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build trusted partnerships with Finance leaders and cross-functional partners by bringing clear recommendations, not just open questions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain accurate, current, and auditable recruiting records in Workday, ModernLoop, Gem, and other designated TA systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner closely with Total Rewards, FP&amp;A, Legal, HRBPs, an
