If you want to build disruptive technology, challenge the status quo, and help game creators thrive on their own terms, read on.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Neon is looking for a strategic, highly organized, and analytical <strong>Lead Product Marketing Manager</strong> to serve as the foundational pillar of our marketing team. Additionally, you will own our brand identity and content engine.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The ideal candidate is a "full-stack" marketer who can alternate between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution. You are a master of cross-functional orchestration, able to align Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to deliver a cohesive narrative to our customers.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Strategic GTM Leadership:</strong> Define and execute the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Neon’s suite of payment and gaming tools. Act as the primary marketing stakeholder in leadership discussions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Product Messaging &amp; Positioning:</strong> Develop a deep understanding of our product capabilities and the competitive landscape + industry trends to create compelling narratives that resonate with game developers and publishers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Sales Enablement &amp; Tooling:</strong> Lead the creation of high-impact sales materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies) and training sessions to accelerate the sales cycle.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Cross-Functional Orchestration:</strong> Serve as the "connective tissue" between Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
