Let’s go!</p> <p> </p></div><h4><strong>Your mission</strong></h4> <p>As Lead Product Manager for Bitpanda Enterprise, you will take end-to-end product responsibility for one of our key Enterprise product areas and help scale our B2B and B2B2C offering for banks, fintechs, brokers, and institutional partners.</p> <p>You will work closely with your internal and external stakeholders to shape the product direction, translate client and market needs into scalable product capabilities, and drive execution from discovery to delivery. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and can operate confidently in a demanding environment with both internal stakeholders and external enterprise clients.</p> <p> </p> <h4><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Take product ownership for one key area within Bitpanda Enterprise and drive its roadmap, priorities, and execution together with Product and Enterprise leadership.</li> <li>Contribute to the product strategy and translate it into clear product requirements, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Work closely with Engineering, Solution Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Sales, and Partner Success to deliver scalable enterprise-grade product capabilities.</li> <li>Engage directly with external partners, including leading banks, fintechs, brokers, and institutional clients, to understand their needs and represent Bitpanda’s product capabilities with confidence.</li> <li>Structure complex problems, clarify
