<p>We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented candidate to join Gemini’s Singapore team, sitting at the intersection of our Singapore operations and growth mandate. The role is designed to align toward a more generalist skillset to broadly support the Singapore business covering the following areas:</p>
<ol>
<li>Working with our highest value clients to enable a seamless and world class experience on Gemini</li>
<li>Owning key processes for the Singapore entity such as outsourcing management</li>
<li>Leading execution on our local growth efforts and customer reactivations</li>
</ol>
<p>You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Compliance/Legal, and Customer Support teams to achieve the above.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Operations &amp; Process Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Take ownership of our Outsourcing processes and governance practices and ensure adherence to MAS requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Run monthly/quarterly processes check-ins with key stakeholders across audit, compliance, legal, and management and ensure we identify and plug any gaps.</li>
<li>Assess and own the material and reporting for this process by working with stakeholders to enhance and improve our monitoring and reporting.</li>
<li>Work closely with our audit and compliance teams to understand the latest regulations with regard to any MAS mandates in this area.</li>
<li>Work with counterparts across various teams such as risk, product, compliance to identity gaps, come up with a plan to plug them, and finally ensure they are completed.&nbsp;</li>
