We are looking for an experienced Lead of Internal Accounting team to take ownership of the end-to-end accounting function across the Group. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone with strong accounting expertise and a solid understanding of the full accounting cycle, ideally gained within crypto, fintech, payments, financial services, or another high-volume transactional business. The Lead Accountant will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely closing and reporting across all Group entities while leading and coordinating a team of 4–5 accounting professionals. Given the nature of our business, the role requires the ability to work with a complex environment involving digital assets, crypto and fiat transactions, multiple currencies, high transaction volumes, intercompany operations, and multiple legal entities across different jurisdictions. The ideal candidate has strong experience as a Senior / Lead Accountant or Chief Accountant, is comfortable working with multiple legal entities, and can combine operational accounting expertise with team leadership and process ownership.
