The primary mission is to reduce operational incidents by implementing robust end-to-end integration tests that bring stability to our trading and risk components.</p> <p>As a Senior QA Engineer, you will transition beyond generic testing to build a scalable automated testing framework specifically for our<strong> </strong>exchange trading stack. </p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Stability Engineering:</strong> Implement end-to-end integration tests specifically designed to stabilize trading and risk components</li> <li><strong>Framework Scaling:</strong> Assess and improve the existing automated testing framework to ensure it is user-friendly and scalable for the exchange trading stack</li> <li><strong>Integration Testing:</strong> Take ownership of testing integrations with external sources and specific exchange integrations</li> <li><strong>Issue Investigation:</strong> Assist support and development teams in reproducing and investigating complex production issues across the system stack</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:</strong> Work as a key member of the agile Funding and Exchange team, satisfying internal quality goals and visibility requirements for risk teams and regulators<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Finance Background:</strong> Extensive experience in technical testing within a financial services or high-frequency trading environment</li> <li><strong>Exchange Integration:</s
