<p>As our IR Analyst, you won't just be pushing paper—you will be an integral part of our strategic narrative. You will help bridge the gap between our internal financial performance and the external investment community (buy-side analysts, sell-side analysts, and shareholders).</p>
<p>We are looking for a unique hybrid: someone who has a foundational grip on finance, exceptional communication skills, and <strong>a passion for leveraging AI tools</strong> to optimize workflows, research, and data analysis.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Quarterly Earnings Support:</strong> Assist in drafting earnings releases, scripts, presentation decks (PowerPoint), and Q&amp;A prep documents.</li>
<li><strong>AI &amp; Workflow Innovation:</strong> Actively utilize and experiment with AI tools to streamline market research, sentiment analysis of peer transcripts, and initial drafting of IR materials.</li>
<li><strong>Financial Modeling &amp; Data Management:</strong> Maintain and update internal consensus models, track shareholder ownership changes, and analyze trading activity.</li>
