Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you operate at group level, driving the most consequential, cross-cutting special projects across the company rather than running a single function. You do the thinking and the building yourself, with the autonomy and senior exposure that comes with it.</p> <h4><strong>What You’ll be Doing</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Support with the CEO's and Chief of Staff's most important priorities, turning them into clear plans, decisions, and outcomes.</li> <li>Participate in high-impact strategic projects end-to-end across the Group, from problem framing to delivered results.</li> <li>Bring structured analysis, scenario modelling, and sharp recommendations to the Group's biggest strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Be the person leadership can hand an ambiguous problem to with little context, and trust to structure it, own it, and return with a clear recommendation.</li> <li>Create presentations, reports, forecasts, and financial models to support both internal and external stakeholders in strategic decision-making </li> </ul> <p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-tier university with excellent grades.</li> <li>First experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate development / M&A, or a comparable role w
