This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology at the frontier of crypto.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Implement and manage the infrastructure that allows the engineering team to ship quickly and effectively</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proactively identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the devops process to ensure optimal developer velocity</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintaining Tempo chain reliability, validator infrastructure, explorer reliability and more</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Improve Tempo core developer experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Helping onboard the largest enterprises directly into crypto. Educate and help them run a validators.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working at the frontier of crypto performance</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience maintaining and scaling bare metal servers and cloud environments for production systems</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficient at building tooling and scripts using Rust, Go or Python</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep expertise deploying Kubernetes within production environments and working with IaC and configuration management tools like Terraform, Helm
