This role requires regular presence in our Paris office, as it involves office operations and on-site coordination.</p><h2>Role:</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">The mission of this role is to make Morpho's People and HR operations run smoothly and reliably as the team scales past 70 people, by owning French payroll, onboarding, and office operations end-to-end so that talent and leadership are never pulled into admin.</p><h2>Responsibilities:</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the day-to-day operations of our Paris office, across three areas:</p><h3>Employee Experience &amp; Office</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support office operations, including liaison with the building and workspace provider, room bookings, deliveries, and on-site coordination, to keep the Paris office running without friction.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">help coordinate office vendors, supplies, equipment, and facilities requests so the team always has what it needs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support office budgeting and purchasing, and track company assets such as laptops and equipment with Finance for depreciation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support offsite and onsite logistics so team gatherings run smoothly.</p></li></ul><h3>Peo
