Are you our new HR Intern? Do you want to develop a people-first, growth-focused mindset? Then this might be the internship you are looking for. You will make a difference As an HR Intern, you’ll get a real feel for what HR looks like in a fast-growing company. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the different stages of the employee journey: from attracting and hiring great people, to onboarding them, and ultimately helping create an environment where employees can thrive. You’ll start with Recruitment , working closely with our Talent Manager to support sourcing and communicating with candidates. You’ll get an inside look at the recruitment process and learn how hiring decisions are made. Next, you’ll get involved in Onboarding , helping ensure that new employees have a smooth start and the right support as they join Dapper. You’ll learn how HR helps new team members feel prepared, connected and set up for success. Finally, you’ll gain experience in Employee Experience . You’ll support HR initiatives, administration and process improvements that help create a positive working environment and make sure employees have what they need to do their best work. This will give you a behind-the-scenes look at how People Operations works and how HR processes can be continuously improved. You’ll take on responsibilities step by step, with guidance and support from the team. By learning through doing, you’ll build confidence and gain a broad, practical understanding of what working in HR really looks like.
