<p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for a reliable, adaptable, and hands-on <strong>HR Generalis</strong>t to join the People Team on a 6-month contract, covering maternity leave from September 2026. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day HR functions, balancing HR Operations from payroll to statutory compliance with ad-hoc HR projects across the business.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth and welcoming onboarding for new hires and professional offboarding for departing employees.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Handle all foreign worker work pass matters, including Employment Pass (EP) applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Administer statutory government claims, specifically Childcare Leave claims and other relevant MOM/MSF submissions.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Payroll & Compliance</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support and process accurate and timely payroll.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage tax clearance (IR21) for departing foreign employees and assist with annual IR8A tax submissions to IRAS.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure all HR practices comply with Singapore’s Employment Act and statutory regulations.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Employee Engagement & Events</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a true team player, collaborating with the HR team to plan and execute company-wide initiatives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead and manage HR engagement events and activities such as the annual Christmas party and other ad-hoc events.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of experience in Human Resources Management within Financial Services or Fintech</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and IRAS tax requirements (IR8A, IR21)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience managing payroll processes and government claims (e.g., Childcare Leave)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior leadership across departments</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What’s in for you:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><l
