You’ll own the entire people function from day one — building the processes, culture, and team infrastructure that will define Solstice as we scale. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your time will be split across two core areas: <strong>90% Talent Acquisition</strong> and <strong>10% Internal HR & People Operations.</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>TALENT ACQUISITION (90%)</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions — engineering, commercial, operations, and beyond</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, leveling, and hiring bar</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Build and manage a pipeline of top candidates through sourcing, referrals, and employer brand</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Design a structured, consistent interview process that scales with the team</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Track recruiting metrics and iterate on what’s working</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Manage relationships with recruiting agencies and external partners as needed</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>INTERNAL HR & PEOPLE OPERATIONS (10%)</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Own total rewards and benefits — evaluate, negotiate, an
