Head of Talent at Monaco

<p style="min-height:1.5em">Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack (CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, pipeline management) with one unified system. We’re consolidating 6–10 disconnected tools into a single, purpose-built platform and redefining what’s possible when all the data lives under one roof in the age of AI - this is a category-defining shift, not an incremental improvement.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br />We launched publicly in Feb 2026 and are 50 people and growing. We have strong early product-market fit, creating millions in ARR in only a few months post-launch. You'll own recruiting, talent development, and foundational people operations as we grow rapidly. This is a high-ownership role with direct access to the founders and real impact on who joins and how we operate as a team.<br /></p><h2><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build Monaco’s employer brand so exceptional operators want to join.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own end-to-end talent strategy and partner directly with the COO and leadership on org design and hiring priorities across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive full-cycle recruiting for senior and critical roles, working directly with leadership team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Building scalable, fast-paced and high-bar processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hire, develop, and scale a small but high-performing talent team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define and track the talent metrics that matter and use data to drive decisions.<br /></p></li></ul><h2><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">~15 years of talent experience, with at least 5 years managing a talent team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven track record scaling talent functions in high-growth startups.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on operator who has personally closed difficult technical and executive roles while building repeatable systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong experience with modern recruiting tools and
