You’ll work closely with senior leadership to build the systems, processes, and insights that drive predictable and efficient revenue growth.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">If you thrive in environments where you can create structure, improve workflows, and help teams move faster with clarity — this role is for you.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Highlights:</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Well-capitalized with strong long-term backing and high-profile VCs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High-growth tech company expanding rapidly</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Recognized as a fast-scaling innovator in its sector</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experienced founders and leadership team with deep industry expertise</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Early enough to have real ownership, established enough to scale with confidence</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>About the Role:</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a hands-on role that works directly with the Founders and GTM leaders to create systems, processes, and insights that drive predictable and efficient revenue growth.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Report to the VP of Revenue</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build RevOps strategy across the full funnel: marketing, sales, onboarding, and customer success</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Map, design, and optimize GTM workflows to improve conversion, handoffs, and customer experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build, own, and implement plan to continuously grow and accelerate conversion rates across each step of funnel</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own, manage, and proactively update growth forecast model (including leadership team updates)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Leverage competitive intelligence to improve conversion rates, forecasting, analyses, and broader rev ops strategy</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the evaluation, implementation, and management of RevOps tools (CRM, automation, analytics, enablement)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure data integrity and create a single source of truth for GTM metrics</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build dashboards, reporting, and insights that drive decisions and highlight opportunities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor funnel performance, pipeline health, and revenue KPIs — and recommend improvements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build the operational backbone for onboarding, training, and GTM playbooks</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support reps and CS with workflows, automation, and clear processes that reduce friction</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide actionable insights to Sales, CS, and Marketin
