Today, more than 30 networks across exchanges, real-world assets, and consumer applications are built on Celestia’s foundation.</span></div><div><br></div><div><b style="font-size: 18px;">About the Team</b></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">The Celestia Labs Team is remote first and highly distributed, with English as our primary language for communication. We are looking for self-starters that are excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment.&nbsp;</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Much of the team lives and works in the European timezones. As such, team members are expected to be available as needed for scheduled team meetings between the general hours of 1pm-6pm CET.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">This role reports directly to the CEO and will manage a team of 3.</span></div><div><br></div><div><b style="font-size: 18px;">About You</b></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">You’re an experienced product leader who has led product strategy and teams in technically complex, market-driven environments. You’re familiar with infrastructure and blockchain products, and you bring rigor and repeatable success in defining and executing product strategies. You’re comfortable operating at the executive level, making clear tradeoffs, and owning outcomes as products scale to support demanding use cases.</span></div>
