<h1>Head of Policy, North America</h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">Chainalysis is seeking an exceptional policy leader to build and lead our North America public policy strategy. Reporting to the Chief Policy Officer, you will own the company’s engagement throughout the U.S. You will drive Chainalysis’ strategy across Congress, the Executive Branch, U.S. regulators, and key policy stakeholders while helping shape the future of digital finance. A successful candidate will be able to leverage substantive policy expertise to develop positions on complex issues, influence policy outcomes, advise senior executives, and serve as a trusted external voice for the company. You will be a senior member of a team that operates at a massive global scale, and Chainalysis’ leader driving how the U.S. government and policy landscape can advance our mission.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own U.S. Policy Execution & Advocacy Strategy</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead the company’s engagement with Congress, the Executive Branch, U.S. regulators, and other influential policy stakeholders</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build trusted relationships with policymakers and key staff while advancing thoughtful, business-oriented policy solutions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop company positions on legislative, regulatory, appropriations, and public policy issues at the intersection of financial services, emerging technologies, and national security</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Anticipate policy developments and translate complex legislative and regulatory activity into actionable business strategy and executive recommendations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Represent Chainalysis in meetings with policymakers and key staff, industry coalitions, regulatory consultations, conferences, and public speaking engagements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare executive leadership for meetings with senior government officials through strategic briefing materials and policy recommendations</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as a Critical Partner to the Business</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with Product, Legal, Communications, Go to Market, and regional policy colleagues worldwide to ensure U.S. policy strategy is integrated within the business</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to the development of the company’s broader global public policy strategy by bringing critical U.S. insights into international policy discussions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on U.S. political, legislative, and regulatory developments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work in concert with Chainalysis and Chainalysis Government Solutions (CGS) leadership and account teams to identify engagement opportunities and facilitate strategic policy efforts</p></li><li><p style="min-
