UR's distribution model is B2B2C: we grow by signing wallet, exchange, and corporate partners who distribute accounts to their users. You'll be the person who makes that happen.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a hands-on, deal-closing role. Small team, big opportunity, direct impact on the company's growth trajectory.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What You'll Do</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own the partnership pipeline.</strong> Identify, approach, negotiate, and close integration deals with self-custody wallets, exchanges, neobanks, and corporate clients.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Build and manage relationships</strong> with existing partners to grow adoption and deepen integration.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Drive corporate account acquisition.</strong> Identify crypto-native companies with multi-currency and FX needs. Close high-deposit accounts.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Represent UR</strong> at conferences, in industry conversations, and across crypto/fintech communities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Shape the BD playbook.</strong> You'll be building the function, not inheriting a process.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Feed product insights back.</strong> You hear what partners need — make sure the product team hears it too.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What We're Looking For</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Must-have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">4+ years in business development or partnerships at a cry
