<p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re seeking a <strong>Head of Go-To-Market</strong> to build and scale Alchemy’s global revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of <strong>product, growth, and revenue</strong>, and will own how Alchemy brings products to market across developers, startups, enterprises, and emerging ecosystems. You will be responsible for designing the <strong>GTM operating system for the company</strong>—including how we launch products, acquire developers, convert usage into revenue, and scale enterprise adoption. This role requires both <strong>strategic leadership and hands-on execution</strong>. You’ll partner closely with the COO, Product, and Engineering to translate product innovation into global adoption. If you enjoy building organizations, launching products, and scaling developer ecosystems from <strong>0→1 and 1→100</strong>, this role is for you.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Define and lead Alchemy’s global go-to-market strategy</strong>, determining how our platform reaches developers, startups, enterprises, and new onchain ecosystems worldwide.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Build and scale a high-performing GTM organization</strong> across sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue operations to drive durable, predictable growth.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Turn product innovation into market adoption</strong>, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to launch category-defining infrastructure and developer tools.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Create the operating system for revenue at Alchemy</strong>, establishing the frameworks for forecasting, pipeline generation, pricing, and performance management.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Scale both developer-led growth and enterprise expansion</strong>, building repeatable motions that convert product usage into long-term revenue.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Develop and lead exceptional GTM leaders</strong>, fostering a culture of ownership, speed, and deep customer understanding across the organization.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience and curiosity with AI, effectively be able to implement new systems to drive revenue and operational assistance. </p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What we’re looking for </strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">10+ years experience leading <strong>go-to-market or revenue organizations</strong> at high-growth technology companies</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience scaling <strong>GTM functions from early stage to growth stage</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience leading <strong>multi-funct
