Role Description Phantom is looking for a Head of Business & Corporate Development to lead our partnerships, strategic intelligence, and M&A functions. You will be Phantom's outward-facing business leader — deepening and diversifying partnerships across crypto and traditional fintech to unlock and extend foundational capabilities, drive distribution and revenue, and develop the pipeline of inorganic opportunities that close capability gaps faster than we could build or hire. You'll sit within the Ops Org alongside BizOps and Communications — the business layer of Phantom — and serve as the internal expert that leadership reaches out to for everything from market intelligence to deal execution. Responsibilities Business Development & Partnerships Partner with Product to launch and scale major business lines, unlocking foundational capabilities through strategic partnerships Lead business development strategy across user growth, monetization, and platform expansion Own revenue targets, measuring impact and deepening integration across the product stack Corporate Development & Strategic Intelligence Map the competitive landscape and build market intelligence that provides a real point of view on where the space is heading Build and maintain a pipeline of inorganic options that close capability gaps and accelerate key metrics Own deal processes end-to-end – sourcing, diligence, negotiation, closing, and integration Deliver execution-ready recommendations, not research reports — every output actionable on receipt Qualifications A leader with 10+ years of experience spanning business development, partnerships, corporate development, M&A, or strategy — or a combination of investing and operator backgrounds Deep knowledge of the crypto and/or fintech ecosystem, with a strong network in Solana and beyond; you are plugged in, get calls from founders and investors, and have a genuine point of view on where things are heading Demonstrated track record of making calls that influenced executive decision-making or product direction — and driving action as a result Meaningful deal experience across partnerships and/or M&A: you can speak to specific transactions
