Growth Manager- Enterprise Partnerships at Uniswap Labs

<p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Senior Growth Lead, API &amp; Institutional Partnerships</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Uniswap Labs is a core contributor to the Uniswap Protocol, the world's largest DEX, with over $4 trillion in volume across 17 chains. It builds products that help millions access the protocol, including the Uniswap Web App, Wallet, and Trading API. Uniswap Labs is also the primary technical provider for Unichain, a DeFi-native Ethereum Layer 2 built to be the home for liquidity across chains.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">When you join Uniswap Labs, you become part of a team that's reshaping the way value flows on the internet.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for a strategic enterprise business development leader to expand the reach of the Uniswap Protocol and grow structured products across institutional and fintech partners. You'll own high-impact relationships, translate market needs into product strategy, and be a key driver of Uniswap's API ecosystem.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are headquartered in SoHo in New York City. This role will be based in our office with an expectation of regular in-person collaboration.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Execute go-to-market strategies to expand API adoption among traditional financial institutions, fintech companies, asset managers, and trading firms.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and drive the commercial lifecycle with strategic partners: proactive outreach, relationship development, onboarding, and ensuring long-term success.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, surfacing impactful partnerships by leveraging the different Uniswap products and protocol.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate client trading, liquidity, and execution needs into actionable product insights; work closely with internal Product and Engineering leaders to shape features and enhancements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analyze competitive market trends and behaviors to identify unique opportunities that increase protocol volume, active liquidity management, and long-term engagement.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Represent Uniswap professionally at industry events, conferences, and in partner meetings to amplify the brand and secure new business opportunities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Legal, and Engineering to ensure smooth integrations, contractual alignment, and client success.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and lead team members through structured mentorship, deal reviews, and continuous feedback, raising the bar for execution and professionalism.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">relevant busi
