The team combines deep regulatory expertise with a practical understanding of blockchain technology to develop and implement robust compliance programs. We work closely with business units and product teams to create solutions that protect our company and customers while facilitating growth in both traditional and digital asset environments.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About the role</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a Governance &amp; Oversight Program Manager, you will lead critical compliance and regulatory initiatives across our organization. You will ensure program execution, translating complex compliance and regulatory requirements into actionable plans, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, legal, and audit to execute on these deliverables.
