<p>As <strong>General Manager Advanced Trading (Fusion)</strong>, you will own the strategic direction, commercial growth, operational excellence, and platform evolution of our advanced trading ecosystem. Fusion is the high-performance core that delivers institutional-grade trading capabilities to retail customers and professional traders alike across web and mobile environments.</p>
<p>You will combine product strategy, trading expertise, and technology leadership to ensure Fusion differentiates Bitpanda as a best-in-class platform within the European market. Your North Star is driving sustainable trading activity, deep customer engagement, and trading-related revenue growth. You will build the overarching product vision, scale the advanced trading business, and unlock immense long-term customer value.</p>
<h3><strong>What you'll do</strong></h3>

<li><strong>Define and execute the long-term strategic vision</strong> and platform strategy across all supported asset classes, ensuring consistency and scalability across crypto, equities, commodities, and derivatives.</li>
