The role is specifically designed to bridge the gap between <strong>traditional finance (TradFi) and the digital asset ecosystem</strong>. You will play a critical role in scaling FX and on/off-ramp capabilities, supporting go-to-market efforts, and driving adoption and revenue growth through close collaboration with internal teams.</p>
<p>Given the focus on multi-currency FX, stablecoins, and fiat rails, this position requires a <strong>highly specific, hybrid skillset</strong>. The successful candidate must possess deep expertise in traditional cross-border remittances while navigating the nuances of cryptocurrency.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Sales &amp; Business Development:</strong> Take full ownership of sales and business development for FX and related offerings throughout the UK region.</li>
<li><strong>Strategic Partnerships:</strong> Engage with key regional ecosystem participants, including banks, fintechs, payment providers, and crypto-native firms, to drive growth and partnerships.</li>
<li><strong>Product Rollout &amp; Expansion:</strong> Partner with global FX, Trading, Engineering, and Operations teams to support regional product enhancement and onboarding of new multi-currency FX capabilities.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-Functional Enablement:</strong> Work closely with regional sales teams to integrate FX and on/off-ramp solutions into the broader product suite.</li>
<li><strong>Distribution &amp; Networking:</strong> Leverage existing industry relationships and client networks to expand FX distribution within the region.<
