What You'll Do • Design, develop, and optimize full-stack applications (backend and frontend) for high-traffic payment platforms, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. • Build high-performance, secure integrations with global Payment Service Providers (PSPs) using modern protocols and API standards. • Develop responsive, intuitive frontend experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks while building robust backend services that power them. • Create lightweight, well-documented APIs for seamless client, SDK, and cross-team communication. • Ensure high quality of service (QoS) and maintain strong security standards across the entire stack. • Tackle complex end-to-end problems with innovative solutions and foster a culture of openness, learning, and continuous improvement. Mission and Goals • Lead the technical design and hands-on full-stack development of high-traffic payment applications — from database to UI. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering leaders, and Architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Own and drive complex technical designs of systems architecture and components built using Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot on the backend and React, Vue.js, or Angular on the frontend. • Collaborate across engineering and product teams to build secure, performant systems that meet strict SLAs. • Contribute to the entire application lifecycle — development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. • Champion systems architecture improvements and drive continuous modernization of existing services.
