If Poetic succeeds at the level we believe it will, a significant part of that outcome will trace back to the recruiting machine you built.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The density of talent at Poetic is extremely high — and we need someone who is excited by the challenge of finding the top people in the world to maintain and raise that bar. You'll build the talent organization and processes from scratch, own the vision for what world-class recruiting looks like, and execute the day-to-day operations behind it. This role is deeply hands-on: you will be sourcing, interviewing candidates, and running processes while simultaneously designing systems that scale.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We must be the most effective recruiting system in the world. You have the authority to define what talent means at Poetic and build the machine that finds it.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">A significant portion of our 40+ hires will be on the Forward Deployed side of the business — Forward Deployed Engineers and Forward Deployed Strategists who drive on-the-ground business transformation inside the world's largest companies.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own end-to-end recruiting across all roles, from sourcing through close</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and refine the interview process to identify exceptional talent quickly and accurately</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create a best-in-class candidate experience — every person who interacts with Poetic should feel the difference</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage and optimize sourcing channels: network referrals, external agencies, and outbound campaigns</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Organize recruiting events and spread the Poetic brand to attract top talent</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain and report on recruiting funnel metrics with rigor</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Continuously improve all aspects of the recruiting system and grow the talent team over time</p></li></ul><p
