<h1><strong>About the Role</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">As the founding GTM Lead, you'll build and drive the commercial engine at Poetic. Every company runs on operational processes — disputes, claims, underwriting, reviews. Today they live in documents and people's heads, run by large teams and changed slowly by committee. Poetic turns those processes into software: AI runs the work, gets better with every execution, and the people who own the process can read it, adjust it, and trust it.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your job is to help the world's largest institutions see that future and move toward it. You'll generate pipeline, work day-to-day alongside our CEO to open doors and qualify use cases, and use your consultative selling expertise to become a trusted partner to their leaders. Working with our deployments team, you'll define the multi-year initiatives that start with a single workstream and compound into turning a customer's entire operation into software.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Poetic is backed by the top investors in Silicon Valley, including Founders Fund, OpenAI, and Kleiner Perkins. The results reflect this approach: a 100% production deployment success rate for our customers and one of the few enterprise AI companies to automate million-dollar back-office processes at 99% quality.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven success as a Majors / Strategic Account Executive or Account Director closing $1M+ ACV deals</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">8+ years of Enterprise / Strategic GTM experience in AI, SaaS, cloud, or data platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Established credibility within financial services, insurance, telecom, healthcare, or supply chain, with relationships you can leverage to accelerate early pipeline</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A consultative, solutions-oriented approach that combines platform, product, and implementation to drive outcomes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep curiosity about Poetic's capabilities and how they can solve a wide range of real-world problems</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Willingness to travel. Face-to-face time with senior executives is core to how this role wins</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive new business at the tip of the spear. Open new accounts through your own networks and partner directly with the founder to build pipeline and broker introductions between Poetic and large enterprises</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define and own commercial functions: contracting, MSAs, legal, and revenue lifecycle management</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source initial engagements and collaborate with our Deployments function to transform them into multi-workflow, multi-year
