Our company is low on hierarchy and unnecessary meetings, and high on personal agency.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re hiring our first <strong>BDRs</strong> to fuel pipeline generation across high value segments. This is not a “spray and pray” outbound role. You’ll become an expert on wallet infra, understand how top companies enter the crypto ecosystem, and run thoughtful outreach that sparks high value conversations for our Enterprise AEs and leadership team.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll work directly with the VP of Revenue, CEO, and AEs to shape the top of the funnel and help define the outbound engine from the ground up. If you get energy from 0 to 1 building, this is it.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and refine targeted outbound strategies into high value verticals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Research prospects deeply and craft messages that speak to their roadmap, pain points, and potential crypto strategy.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and manage early stage pipeline in Salesforce and support weekly pipeline reviews with the revenue team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Qualify inbound interest, run first touch discovery, and prep AEs to advance high quality opportunities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with product, partnerships, and marketing to shape messaging, personas, and outbound campaigns.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bring structured feedback from customers and the market to GTM leadership.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Constantly experiment, iterate, and help build the playbook for outbound at Turnkey.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Go above and beyond to fuel our GTM engine.<br /></p></li></ul><h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">1 to 3 years in BDR, SDR, or similar outbound roles (startup or fintech/crypto experience is a plus, but not required).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong written communica
