You’ll work closely with leadership across product, operations, and finance to support strategic planning, improve decision-making, and drive visibility into business performance across markets, products, and corporate functions. You'll help leaders make better investment decisions, allocate resources effectively, and scale the business through data-driven financial insights.</div><div><br></div><div>This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical fundamentals with sound business judgment and thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><div><br></div><ul><li class=""><strong>Own financial planning and performance management for significant areas of the business</strong>, including P&L ownership, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision support across products, functions, and/or markets.</li><li class=""><strong>Support strategic initiatives.</strong> Evaluate investments, build business cases, and model scenarios that inform product, market, operational, and organizational decisions.</li><li class=""><strong>Partner with business leaders.</strong> Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across functions, helping translate business plans into financial outcomes, resource investments, and measurable results.</li><li class=""><strong>Lead executive reporting.</strong> Contribute to, and deliver board, investor, and leadership insights.</li><li class=""><strong>Drive resource planning.</strong> Help leadership make informed decisions around investments, headcount, operating expenses, and growth opportunities.</li></ul><div><br></div><h3><strong>What You Bring to the Table</strong></h3><div><br></div><ul><li class=""><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> in FP&A, with experience leading & developing a team.</li><li class="">A <strong>strong business acumen</strong> where you’re able to take business initiatives and turn them into outcomes with connected financial insights & deliverables.</li><li class="">The ability to <strong>thrive in ambiguity,</strong> layering in the right amount of structure and innovation to move forward.</li><li class="">Experience owning a business, functional, or market-level financial plan <strong>end to end</strong>, with strong fo
